Last night, we did chicken fried steak for our house which includes three teenagers. One of our 1.5lb steaks served us all (that is just over $10.00) I dipped the steak in an egg mixture, then into seasoned flour, again in the egg mixture and finally into seasoned panko bread crumbs. (season with Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, cajun seasoning - choose what you you crave!) pan fry in 1/2” oil in a heavy pan on the stove top. serve with your favorite potatoes and veggies!
