Shortgrass Prairie cross cut ribs are about 2” thick cut across the rib bone, yielding an entirely different product than our short rib slabs. Flanken ribs are amazing cooked low and slow on a BBQ or smoker. Also great for oven roasting with a dry rub, and for pho and beef broths. As always, Shortgrass Flanken ribs are all natural and delicious. The way beef is meant to be!
