Braised Short Ribs

This recipe was created by my brother-in-law, Kirk Warner, a Food and Wine 10 Best New Chef’s finalist, restauranteur, and private chef extrodinaire! This is an easy, one pot meal and will leave you and your guests wanting more!

Add braising liquids and cook, covered, in the oven for 21/2 hours.
