Eat More (GOOD) Beef!
It may come as a surprise, but I don’t eat beef everyday. I’m an omnivore and love all types of fresh food and produce. To me, quality is more important than quantity - clean (no antibiotics, no hormones), healthy (raised and processed in clean and humane conditions), locally raised, with transparency of source is where it’s at! And… fresh products are particularly delicious and full of flavor!!!
If eating beef is something of a “treat” whether for cost or for health reasons, consider buying the best that you can afford. By making your buying decisions conscious, you support a local producer, your health and your taste buds won’t be disappointed either!
